On June 13, 2018, Pauline Elinor Knott, 82, of Glen Burnie, passed away in her home. She was born on May 17, 1936, in Flemington, West Virginia, to the late Marjorie and Mike Stonko. Pauline worked at USFandG as a file clerk for five years, but was a homemaker for most of her life. She enjoyed gardening and won several awards at the State Fair for some of her flowers, but she really loved taking care of children.
Pauline is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Alvin C. Knott; her loving children, Alvin M. Knott, Teresa M. Nash, Charles A. Knott, and Mary Ann Kerbe; her 14 cherished grandchildren, and nine beloved great-grandchildren; and her dear sister, Margaret Jean Harrison. She was predeceased by three brothers, Mike, John, and Charles Stonko.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Saturday and Sunday, June 16th and 17th, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, June 18th, at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pauline's name may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
