Philip Fister

Philip N. Fister, 62, of Curtis Bay passed away on February 17, 2014 at Future Care Cold Spring. Philip was born in 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland. He worked as a Police Communication Operator for the State Police out of Waterloo. Philip was an Off Ice Official for the Baltimore Skipjack's. His hobbies included hockey, baseball, football and listening to big band music. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mary Fister; and his brother Paul Fister and his wife Angie.
