Phyllis Bowden

On December 18, 2016, Phyllis Louise Bowden, 74, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Phyllis was born on July 5, 1942, in Winfall, North Carolina, to the late Lucille and James Johnson. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and taking care of her family.
Phyllis is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, Irvin U. Bowden, Sr.; her beloved children, Stacey Bowden, Irvin Bowden Jr. and his wife Cherice, Brent Bowden and his wife Chris, Janet Allen and Aretha Allen; her loving grandchildren, Erin Thompson, Josh Bowden, and Caroline Bowden; her cherished great-grandson, Jamal Wiley; and her dear aunts, Sara Wiggins and Grace Wiggins. Phyllis is also survived by a host wonderful family, friends, and neighbors.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie on Thursday 22nd, from 5-8 PM.
