Raymond Bernard Jr

Raymond Edward Bernard, Jr., 73, of Glen Burnie passed away on March 24, 2014 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Raymond was born in 1940 in New York. He worked as an Administrator for the Social Security Administration. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joyce Bernard; two children, Pam Bernard-Rak and her husband Tom, and David Bernard and his wife Evelyn Hogg; four grandchildren, Amanda Bernard, Melinda Bernard, Emily Bernard and Jacob Rak; sister, Kathleen Sanders; and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Messiah United Methodist Church, 7401 E.
