On Sunday May 3, 2009, Richard "Lew" Bryant of Crownsville, MD; beloved husband of the late Ann Bryant; loving father of Jimmy Bryant and LuAnn Davis; devoted companion of Fran Gabler; cherished grandfather of 4 and great grandfather of 4 plus one on the way; dear brother of Edna Bessel, and beloved owner of "Angel" the dog.
Mr. Bryant was born in Baltimore, MD on May 31, 1929 to Mr. Robert Skillman Bryant and Mrs. Emma Roberta Bryant (nee Piquett). He worked at Resers Fine Foods (formerly known as Manor Hill Foods) until his retirement in 1994. He volunteered at the Violetville Fire Department and was a member of the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge. In his spare time he enjoyed woodworking and even built his house from the ground up, in the community "Arden on the Severn" located in Crownsville, MD
