Richard Joseph Kagan, 78, of Glen Burnie, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on June 16, 2015. He was born in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts on March 7, 1937 to the late Joseph and Louise Kagan. He enjoyed listening to big band music, watching TV, especially the Orioles, Ravens and his favorite show, Horatio Hornblower, spending time with his family and vacationing in Ocean Pines.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary; two daughters, Christine Halpern, Jennifer Hardy and her husband John; four grandchildren, Jessica, Steven, Cara and Joseph; and two great-granddaughters, Natalie and Savannah.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Richard's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 1850 York Road, Suite D; Timonium, MD 21093 OR Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway; Pasadena, MD 21122.
