Richard Walters, Jr

On August 4, 2011 Richard E. Walters, Jr., a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie; beloved son of Candy Payton; loving father of Angel Walters; cherished brother of Charles, Shannon and Amanda Payton; devoted grandson of Irma Lambert and Shirles Payton. Richard is also survived by many close family and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard E. Walters, Sr., and stepfather, Charles Payton. Richard graduated from North East High School and received a certificate from Votech for nursing. He enjoyed dogs, listening to music especially Eminem and Dave Matthews Band, and spending time with his family and friends. His daughter Angel was the sunshine of his life.
