Rita Kawczenski

Rita H. Kawczenski, 77, a long time resident of Millersville, formerly of Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, died of caner on January 7th. Mrs. Kawczenski was born on November 29, 1930 to the late Karl and Helen Klutzkewicz. She retired from Westinghouse Corporation in 1992 after a long and satisfying career. She enjoyed serving her community through her church and charitable activities. She also enjoyed travelling with friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kawczenski, her brother Raymond Jakubowski and her sisters, Lydia Faust and Clara LaChance. She is survived by her paternal nephew, Melvin Faust of Lindenhurst, New York. She will also be greatly missed by her husband's nephews, nieces and their families as well as by her maternal cousins, their families and her many friends.
