Rita E. Wehnert of Stevensville, formerly of Severn, passed away on March 19, 2011 at the Anne Arundel Medical Center. She was 78.
She was born on Feb. 15, 1933 in Baltimore, MD to the late James and Louise Doody.
Rita loved to bake and enjoyed puzzles and dollhouses. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Charles R. Wehnert; and her two sons, Charles and Donald Wehnert. She is survived by her daughter, Chris Schumaker and her husband John, of Stevensville; her grandchildren, Brianna and Alyssa Schumaker and her sister, Jeannie Stevens of Baltimore.
