Robert "Bob" S. Bell, Sr.

          On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, Robert “Bob” Santmyr Bell, Sr. of Glen Burnie, MD passed away suddenly. Beloved husband of Connie K. Bell. Loving father of Pamala J. Rigger and her husband Fred, Robert S. Bell, Jr. and his wife Lori, Trisha L. Lipscomb and her husband Vernon and the late Lonnie O. Bell. Grandfather of Bre, Ric, Bobby, Crystal, Ryan, Lauren, Vernon Jr., and Joe. Great-Grandfather of Elliot, Izzy, Addi, Charlie and Colin; Brother of Pat Wellen, Cathy Wellen, Tracy Harris, Buddy and Gary Bell, Ellis Wellen and the late Howard, Steven and Terry Wellen and Doug Bell and Janet Hubbard. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was also preceded in death by his parents; Catherine and Charles Bell, Jr. 

             Family and friends are invited to gather at the Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 2nd Avenue, SW ,(at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 10:00 am till the start of the Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon, with Rev. Claire Fiedler presiding. His Inurnment will be held at a later date privately.
