Robert E. Carr, 82, of Severna Park, passed away on January 1, 2014. He was born in Jamestown, NY on February 10, 1931 to the late Arthur and Alice Carr. He enjoyed woodworking, building airplanes and the Baltimore Ravens. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Sue Carr and two grandchildren.
He is survived by his life companion of over 35 years, Minnie L. Melvin; children, Gwendolyn Blank, William Melvin, Belinda Melvin, Sandra Bost, Theresa Balze, Al Caldwell and Deborah Jackson; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
