Robert Meyer

On July 31, 2008, Robert C. Meyer of Glen Burnie. Beloved husband of 62 years to Hope R. Meyer; devoted father of Nancy Volcjak, and her husband William; Christine Meyer, and her husband Jim Sheen; cherished grandfather of Jeannine Schiller, and her husband Jon; and loving great grandfather of one. Robert was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 22, 1918. He attended the University of Maryland College Park for four years. He was a teacher for Anne Arundel County, and was the owner of Pasadena Beach. Robert was a member of the Retired Teachers of Anne Arundel County, and Glen Burnie United Methodist Church. Some of his many hobbies include spending time with his family, boating, crabbing, and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay, painting and crafts, and volunteering with Meals on Wheels.
