Robert Michael

On June 21, 2008, Robert J. Michael passed on. Robert was dearly loved by his late wife of 52 years, Nina J. Michael; his beloved children, Kathy Shanahan, Karen Fobare, Randy Michael, Sr. and Jeffrey Michael; his dear sisters, Ruth Kiracofe, Catherine Simmons and Peggy Minnick; his dear brother, Ernest "Dick" Michael; his late parents, Emory and Annie Michael; nine lovable grandchildren and six beloved great-grandchildren. Robert was born in Rockingham County, Virginia in 1931. He was a member of the United States Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including gardening, reading and fishing. He also loved dogs. Robert was a dear man who will be missed by many.
