He is survived by his children; Cathy Partin and her husband Butch, Bobby Soto, Jr and his wife Sandy, Angie Soto, and Joey Soto and his wife Alicia, his parents, his grandchildren; Ashley, Brandon, Breanna, Christian, Alexis, Cameron, Dylan, Holly, Emily, Carson, and Lucy, his great grandchild, Noah, and his siblings; Eileen Gill, Alice Betts, Ed Soto, and Jimmy Soto.
