Ronald Davis, Sr

Mr. Ronald F. Davis, Sr., 76, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on August 4, 2010 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Ronald was born in Dauphin, Pennsylvania in 1933 to the late Kenneth and Ethel Lillian Davis. He served in the US Army from 1953-1955 and thereafter was in the Reserves for 6 years. Ronald worked in administration at US Food Service and also worked as a Linotype Operator for Caraol Compostion Company of Baltimore. He was a lifetime member of the Military Order of the Cootie's. Ronald was also a lifetime member of the Commanders of VFW Post # 160 and was a member of that VFW from 1998-1999. His hobbies included watching the Orioles, Ravens, and the Baltimore Colts. He was also very devoted to his work at the VFW Post # 160. He was the beloved husband of 54 years of Angela Davis; devoted father of Ronald Franklin Davis, Jr., Kevin Davis, and Deborah Wagner; dear brother of James L. Davis, Sr. the late Donald L. Davis, and the late Joseph E. Davis; loving grandfather of 6 and great-grandfather of 5.
