Rosalee Smith

Rosalee E. Smith, 85, of Baltimore, passed away on February 20, 2021. She was born in Baltimore on August 27, 1935 to the late Rose E. and Adam S. Klebe. She was an avid word search completer, daytime soap watching enthusiast, classic country music lover and (pencil whipping joker’s wild) rummy card cheater. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Garland M. Smith Sr.; granddaughter, Amy Arnold; and two siblings.

Rosalee is survived by her loving children, Garland M. Smith Jr. and his wife, Robin, Robert A. Smith and his wife, Linda and Dawn M. Geisler; cherished grandmother of Garland M. Smith III, Crystal Apgar (Candy), Casey Geisler, Keith Kirby, Erica D’Antoni and Dakota Nitterright; devoted great-grandmother of Johnnie and Jacob Apgar, Wesly, Ja’lyn, Roniya and Makayla Kirby; and dear sister of nine. She will also be missed by her multiple great-grand dogs, cats and great-grand pony.

Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremations Services, 1 2nd Avenue SW, Glen Burnie, on Tuesday, Feb. 23rd, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Funeral services are private. Those of you that would like to join via zoom, please click on the link below. The service is scheduled to start at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital was her favorite charity.
