Rosalie Noonan

Rosalie Ruth Noonan, 76, of Glen Burnie, passed away on December 15, 2020, at Johns Hopkins Hospital.  Rosalie was born on September 26, 1944, to the late Ruth and Clifton Martin.  She worked as a Day Care provider for many years and she enjoyed painting, decorating cakes, attending her grandsons’ sporting events and concerts, and most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Rosalie is survived by her beloved daughters, Deborah Marcus and Michele Wilkerson; her cherished grandsons, Jacob Marcus and Ethan Wilkerson; and her dear sons-in-law, Michael Marcus and Joseph Wilkerson.  In addition to her parents, Rosalie was predeceased by her loving brother, Clifton Martin, Jr.
