Rose Mccomas

Rose Hershman McComas, 87, passed away on March 14, 2014. She was born on December 14, 1926 in West Virginia to the late Damie and Charles Hershman. Rose worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a clerk for 20 years and was a member of Glen Burnie United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and baking.
Rose was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 55 years, Elton L. McComas, her sisters, Opal Hershman and Juanita Johnson, and her granddaughter, Chelsie L. Lawson. She is survived by her loving children, Mark McComas and his wife Therese and Amy Egert and her husband Herb; her cherished grandchildren, Colleen and Shane McComas, and Brady and Jessie Lawson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rose's name to Glen Burnie United Methodist Church, 5 2nd Ave, S.E., Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
