Ruth France

Ruth Dawson France, 98 and a former native of Mayo, Maryland passed away on January 16, 2015. She was born on May 2, 1916 to the late Milton and Enola Dawson. Ruth retired from the State of Maryland after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge, Eastern Star #63 and the American Legion Post #40. Ruth had a great love for her family, loved children and dancing and also caring for the elderly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph France. Ruth is survived by her children, Francis W. Norris, Jr., Milton Wayne Norris and his wife, Mary and Gary M. Norris and his wife, Valerie. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren.
