On Thursday, September 20, 2007, Salvatore Thomas Lanza passed away at his home in Glen Burnie. He was predeceased by his cherished wife of 57 years, Lydia Lanza. Salvatore is survived by his loving children, Barbara Wolf, Donald Lanza and Joseph Lanza, as well as his four beloved grandchildren.
Salvatore was born in Ohio and was a machinest mate in the U.S. Navy during World War II and Korea. He was a self-employed contractor with "Town & Country Home Improvement" for 30 years and was a member of the American Legion Post 195 in the Baltimore Highlands. Salvatore enjoyed woodworking, and collecting pocket watches, cast iron trucks, and decanters.
