He was a proud member of "The Amalgamated Order of the Real Bearded Santas, or A.O.R.B.S." Mr. Fullagar enjoyed fishing, reading, NASCAR, and personifying Santa Claus.
He is survived by his best friend and wife of 22 years Carole Fullagar, his children: Nilene Marie, James Gary Barnett and Valene Denise Barnett; his step children: Susan Brooks, Mike Crider, Debbie Argenbright, Ronald Howard and Jonathan Howard; two brothers, one sister, 11 grandchildren, one great grandchild on the way, and nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. His favorite charity is the Marine Toys for Tots, believing that the child in all of us deserves a gift at Christmas.
