Disabled veteran who received the Purple Heart Medal for his actions in Vietnam. Ron supported all community & military organizations throughout his life. He is the devoted father of Shannon E. Burgess, LCpl. Ronald "Bear" H. Elza, Jr. USMC, Angel America Elza and
Ronald "Rocky" H. Elza, III; dear brother of Janet Elza Russell, Geraldine Elza; loving grandfather of Emma J. Burgess; dear father-in-law of Kevin D. Burgess and Sky Elza.
