Sharon Brown

On December 13, 2018, Sharon Lynn Brown, 61, of Pasadena, Maryland, passed away at Hospice of the Chesapeake Inpatient Care Center.  Sharon was born on August 8, 1957, in Linthicum, Maryland, to the late Shirley and Maurice Bealefeld.  She was a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at South Baltimore Hospital and she enjoyed reading, traveling with her husband, going to the Amish Market, and loved her cats.

Sharon was predeceased by her cherished husband, Donald C. Brown, Jr.  She is survived by her “cousin” Paul L. Strickler; her beloved sister-in-law, Cindy Powers and brother-in-law, Keith Brown; and her dear cousin, Sissy Tourney.  She is also survived by other extended family and friends.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Tuesday, December 18th, from 11 AM - 1 PM.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held immediately following in the funeral home chapel.    Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions in Sharon’s name may be made to The National Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org   OR   the Anne Arundel County SPCA at www.aacspca.org.
