Sharon Wimer

On October 30, 2007, Sharon M. Wimer of Millersville passed away. Beloved wife of 41 years to Darwin J. Wimer; Devoted mother of Kimberly M. Eisenhart and Darwin J. Wimer Jr.; Loving sister of Robert Abbott; Cherished grandmother of Courtney Wimer and Donald and Christopher Eisenhart. Born in New York, Sharon lived many places with her husband as they travelled during his military career. Most recently, she lived in Millersville, Maryland. Sharon worked over 10 years for Magellan Health Care until she retired. She was extremely active in her church and would help with the baking, the production of plays and also sang in the choir. Sharon was also a Life Group leader. She also enjoyed scrapbooking, knitting and crocheting and has made over forty ceramic and porcelain dolls. Sharon also liked to travel and was also an excellent cook. More than anything though, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
