Sheryll Hoofnagle

On December 23, 2016, Sheryll Sue Hoofnagle, 61, of Linthicum, passed away at her home. Sheryll was born on November 15, 1955, in Baltimore, MD, to the late Thelma and Leo Stepp. She worked as a technician in the telecommunications and fiber optics fields. Sheryll loved her cat, lawn and gardening, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
Sheryll is survived by her devoted husband Robert F. Hoofnagle, Sr.; her beloved son, Terry R. Gilleland, Jr. and his wife Emily; her extended family to included Robert Hoofnagle Jr., M.D., Karen Kemper, and Valerie Howland; her cherished granddaughter, Michelle; and her nine dear siblings.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie on Thursday, December 29th, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, December 30th, at 10 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, 300 W. Maple Road, Linthicum, MD 21090. Entombment Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sheryll's name may be made to Food Outreach for North County High School, C/O St. John Lutheran Church.
