Stephen Craig Charlton, 52, of Linthicum passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on April 9, 2012 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Stephen was born in 1959 in Maryland. He worked as an electrician for IBEW Local #24. He is survived by his companion of 18 years, Jeannine Croud; three children, Stephanie Charlton-Godwin, Clayton Charlton and Jocelyn Croud; parents, Peggy Snyder and Walter Charlton; and four siblings, Patricia Cofelice, Ted Charlton, Jennifer Shuldes, and Jeffrey Charlton.
