Steven Garland

On March 9, 2008, Steven Douglas Garland passed on. Steven was dearly loved by his loving wife, Kimberly Garland; his dear son, Joseph W. Garland; his loving parents, Mary Jean Ritchie and the late Ronald E. Garland; his dear brother, Daniel Ritchie, his wife April, and their two children, Ciara and Demi; his late grandparents, Arthur & Elizabeth Tate; and his late grandparents, John & Anna Garland. Steven was born in Brooklyn, Maryland in 1958. He graduated from Southern High School in 1977. He was employed by the Maryland State Highway Administration as an engineer. He also worked for Bingo World from the time it opened. Steven was a member of the Hunting Club. He enjoyed both hunting and fishing. He also loved gardening, motorcycles and collecting coins. Steven was a good man who will be missed by many.
