Teresa Katherine “Ann” Holland, of Linthicum, Maryland, passed away peacefully the morning of July 15, 2019, surrounded by her family. Although our hearts are broken, we are at peace knowing Heaven has acquired another Angel and she has gone home to be in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Ann was 101 and had “lived a full life”.
Born March 8, 1918 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth Martin. She was a loyal and devoted Wife of 62 years to the late Thomas L. Holland, who passed on March 23, 2005. She was also a loving Mother and a very proud Grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, cleaning, gardening, ceramics, crafting and caring for loved ones. Ann was a longtime member of Wesley Grove United Methodist Church and did her work enthusiastically for the Lord. She is survived by her devoted son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Marlene Holland; loving granddaughter, Nancy Fannon and her husband, Patrick; and cherished great-granddaughter, Ashley Fannon. She will be dearly missed. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
The family will receive friends at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, 1 Second Avenue S.W. (at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, from 5-8 PM on Thursday, July 25th.
