Theodore Kees

On July 5, 2008, Theodore Joseph Kees of Linthicum. Beloved husband of Doris J. Kees; devoted father of Linda Kees and Valerie Jean Curtain; loving grandfather of Eric Heilman, Maia Winemiller, Julie Hasson, John Day Jr., Carissa Webster, Breanne Day and Angela Richards; and cherished great-grandfather of Brady & Ella Heilman, Justen & Julia Winemiller and Kristen & Trista Webster. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick Schmidt Kees & Maye B. Holmes; his loving sisters, Maye Heinselman and Elsa Kees; and his brother, Frederick Schmidt Kees, Jr. Theodore was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1928. He was a member of the United States Navy early in his life. He was a member of the American Legion Post 40, the VFW on Dorsey Road and the Linthicum Baptist Church. He was also a member of the NRA, the Garrison Rifle Pistol and the Typographical Union CWA. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including pistol shooting and golfing. He always liked to go grocery shopping. He was a man who dearly loved his family. Theodore was a dear man who will be missed by many.
