Thomas P. Holste, 86, of Glen Burnie, passed away on June 8, 2016 at his residence. He was born on November 24, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant after 20 years of service. He also owned Contracting Services Inc. He enjoyed telling stories and jokes and liked to golf.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Ramsey; his siblings, Eileen Graff and John O'Toole. Thomas is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Holste; his children, Thomas P. Holste, Jr. (Lillian Acosta) and Patricia D. Frye (Bill); his son-in-law, Gordon Ramsey, his grandchildren, Amber, Asher, Sarah, Alaina, Champ, Alyssa and Tara; his great-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Asher, Douglas and Carolyn; and his sister, Kathleen Aubele.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Highway) on Tuesday, June 14th from 11-1 PM, followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home chapel at 1 PM. Interment MD Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville.
The family request memorial contributions to be made to a charity of your choice.
