Thomas Gordon Tyzack, Sr.

     Thomas Gordon Tyzack, Sr., 88, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023.  Tom was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on March 9, 1935, to the late Florence and George Tyzack.   He served his country proudly in the United States Army as a Private First Class from 1957-1959.  He then served his community as a Baltimore City Firefighter.  Tom was a devout Christian and attended Lake Shore Baptist Church.  He was a member of the Masons, and the Retired Firefighters Union.  He enjoyed camping, cheering on the Orioles, and driving around in his Dodge Charger.

     Tom was predeceased by his devoted wife of 62 years, Catherine A. Tyzack and his dear brother, George Tyzack. He is survived by his loving children, Tom (Linda) Tyzack, Jr. and Susan (Garry) Kvech); his cherished grandchildren, Greg (Christin) Tyzack, Sarah (Bob) Kemp, Evan (Megan) Tyzack, Andy (Chelsea) Kvech, and Rachael Kvech; his adored great-grandchildren, Tucker, Reid, Drake, Reagan, Lillian, Brooks, Levi, and one on the way; and his dear sister, Florence Schmidt.

     A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 14th at 1:00 PM at Lake Shore Baptist Church, 4613 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122.
