Thomas Ware Sr

Thomas A. Ware, Sr., 95, of Gettysburg, PA formerly of Glen Burnie, MD, passed away on October 18, 2014. He was born in Jamaica, VA to the late Pearl and William Ware and he served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during WWII as a PFC. Thomas was a foreman for the Davidson Chemical Company in Curtis Bay, now known as W.R. Grace. He was a member of the American Legion Post 40 in Glen Burnie and a member of the Lutheran Church. Thomas enjoyed fishing, gardening, watching baseball, but most of all, spending time with his family.

Thomas was predeceased by his devoted wife of 62 years, Anna T. Ware. He is survived by his loving son, Thomas A. Ware, Jr. and his wife Sara; his cherished grandchildren, Roxanne Jorgensen and her husband Serge and Bryan Ware and his wife Cher; his beloved great-grandchildren, Eden Ware, Elizabeth Ware, Josie Jorgensen, and Nevie Jorgensen; and his dear sister, Dorothy Brittingham.
