Veta Cornelius

Mrs. Veta E. Cornelius, 91, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on March 17, 2010 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Mrs. Cornelius was born in Lovettesville, Va in 1918 to the late Frederick Noah Fry and pearl C. Painter. She was a homemaker. Her hobbies included reading, gardening, cooking for her family, going to church with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. She was the beloved wife of 72 years of Lewis Cornelius Sr.; devoted mother of Lewis "Butch" Cornelius Jr. and his wife Theresa Alice, and Brian Keith Cornelius and his wife Regina Marie; loving grandmother of Cindy Ponder and Mark Cornelius; cherished great-grandmother of Micheal Ponder Jr.; and dear sister of Frances Garrett.
