Virginia Lee Uzialko, 93 of Crisfield, Maryland and formerly of Brooklyn, passed away on June 26, 2023. Virginia was born on February 1, 1930 in Independence, Virginia to the late Herbert and Hila Elliott. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Uzialko; and her siblings, Edith Faulkner and Lewis Elliott. Virginia is survived by her three daughters, Patricia Richter, Marge Loyd (Greg Loyd), and June Lewis (John Lewis, Jr.); her grandchildren, Robert Heffington (Kym), Conrad Vollmerhausen, Jr. (Lisa), Carrissa Heffington, Walter Vollmerhausen (Jenn), Krystal Kelly (Joseph), Paul Lewis (Jaclyn) and Charles Richter, Jr. (Kylee); her great-grandchildren, Lauren Owens (Mike), Jacob Heffington, Tara Cirino (Paul), Travis Vollmerhausen, Jessica Knotts, Annie “Gracie” Vollmerhausen, Kayla Knotts, Cierra Hansel, Gage Richter, Wyatt Vollmerhausen, Gavin Hammond, Weston Vollmerhausen, Taylor Lewis, Tucker Lewis, Audrey Kelly, Waylon Vollmerhausen, Aubriella Richter, Sydney Kelly and Remi Richter; her great great-grandchildren, Hailey Arnold, Colton Arnold, Micah Macaione, Audrey Mears, Theodore Knotts and Paisley Mears.
Virginia enjoyed baking and cake decorating, crocheting and drawing. She liked spending time by the ocean, and her many puzzle books.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Monday, July 3rd from 11-1 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Gardens.
