Warren Goad

Warren Franklin "Frank" Goad, 68, of Glen Burnie died on September 25, 2011. Frank was born in 1943 in York, Pennsylvania. He worked as a payroll manager for the City of Baltimore. Frank served in the US Army. He belonged to the Oriole Advocates and was an active umpire for girls softball. Frank loved the Orioles, cars and spending time with his family and his dog. He is survived by his daughter, Christina M. DeCosmo, son-in-law, Eric DeCosmo, grandson, Grayson DeCosmo, step-daughter, Lisa Vinson Bauer, brother, Wayne Goad, and sister, Betty Yates.
