Wayne Sweeney

Wayne Sweeney, 65, a lifelong resident of Severn, passed away on October 21, 2016. He was born on April 12, 1951 to the late Joseph Reginald and Blanche Naomi Sweeney. He worked as a union carpenter with Local Union 1145. Wayne enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, shooting pool, being outside and was an avid football fan.
He is survived by his children, Wayne Sweeney Jr. and his wife Nancy, Mandy Sweeney Patrick and her husband Ray, David Sweeney and his wife Sherry; grandchildren, Wayne, Chelsie, Thomas, Amber, Richie, Clint, Brittney, David and Derek; great-grandchildren, Michael, Olivia and Camden; and his siblings, JoAnn Birchfield and Larry Dale Sweeney.
