William Boessel, Sr.

William Carl Boessel, Sr., 97 of Baltimore passed away on September 5, 2021. William was born on October 16, 1923 to the late Giles and Mary Boessel. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He is survived by his children, Michael Boessel and Jane Boessel; his grandchildren, Jennifer Boessel and Serena Knopp and her husband, Chris; her great-grandchildren, Christian Miller, Jordan Miller, Cameron Knopp and Ethan Knopp. William was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Boessel; his sons, William Boessel, Jr. and Stephen Boessel; and his daughter-in-law, Doris Boessel.

William enjoyed watching Westerns and game shows.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, September 9th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Sept. 10th at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
