William Joe Bratcher, 75, a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, died March 13 at his residence.
He was born April 11, 1935, in Lake City, Tenn., and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1953 to 1957. Bill was the founder and proprietor of Dove Linens, Inc. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy L. Bratcher; four children, William James Bratcher of Rising Sun, Michael Raymond Bratcher of Curtis Bay, Nancy Katherine Waitt of Brooklyn Park and Randy Teal Bratcher of Edgewood; sister, Betty Herron of Pasadena; and 10 grandchildren.
