William "Tex" Felger, 84, a resident of Harmans, passed away on June 12, 2013 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He was born in Baltimore, MD on January 20, 1929 to the late William and Katherine Felger. He was employed with International Harvester and retired after 30 years of service. Tex was a member of the Anne Arundel County Woodworkers and Meade Modelers. He enjoyed wood carving- winning numerous awards, airplanes, painting, fishing, hunting and playing the Mandolin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bill Felger. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marge; two daughters, Donna Cecil and husband Tim and Margie Felger; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
