William Fontz

William L. Fontz, 83, of Glen Burnie, passed away on October 22, 2017. He was born in Baltimore to the late Frederick and Anna Fontz. He served in the United States Army and was a longtime member of the Glen Burnie Masonic Lodge. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid Orioles fan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bruce; and his siblings, Margaret, Audrey, Gilson, Roger and George.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Juanita; loving daughters, Denise Odham (Dan) and Crystal Fontz (Mark); cherished granddaughters, Tiffany Kern, Amy Blackstone and Danielle Odham; and his dear great-grandchildren, Christopher, Jordan, Katlyn, Isabella, Savannah and Ryan.
Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, Glen Burnie, on Tuesday, Oct. 24th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, 1 PM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tate Cancer Center, 305 Hospital Drive, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
