William Michael Courtney, 56, a resident of Pasadena for 29 years, passed away on November 21, 2012 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. William was born on April 6, 1956 in Baltimore, MD to William Frederick Courtney and the late Dolores Courtney. He graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1974 and also attended UMBC. William was employed as Master Electrician with Local 24 for 30 years. In his spare time, he greatly enjoyed race cars, riding motorcycles, spending time with his granddaughter and family and was active in the annual toy run for Toys for Tots. He will be remembered as a hard worker and excellent handyman. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Courtney. He is survived by his two children, Pamala Lynn and Nicholas Courtney; one granddaughter, Josalin Courtney; his father, William Frederick Courtney; and two sisters, Susan Wright and Cynthia Freburger.
