William Howard Nider, "Billy Bob", 85, of Pasadena, formerly of Glen Burnie, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020. William was born on January 20, 1935, in Baltimore, Maryland. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy as an Airman from 1955 – 1960. He then went on to work for as a truck driver for over 40 years. William was a member of Clowns of America (known in the clown world as "Billy Lump"), American Legion Post 32 in Brooklyn Park, and the Moose Lodge. He loved dancing, playing the drums, singing, performing magic as a clown, and making people laugh.
William is survived by his beloved children, Bill, Debbie, and Angel; his cherished grandchildren, Christopher, Katie, Marcus, Kimberly, Devon, Tyler, Morgan, Gavin, and Kaylee; and his dear great-grandchildren, Jaidan and Gage.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy), on Tuesday, November 17th, from 3-6 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be Private.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are only allowing 40 people inside the funeral home at one time and requiring masks for all visitors. We kindly ask that you please keep your visit brief, as there may be people waiting to enter the funeral home.
