William Robinson, Sr

On May 18, 2008, William L. Robinson, Sr. passed on. William was dearly loved by his late wife of 67 years, Rose Robinson; his loving children, William L. Robinson, Jr. and Nancy Seymour; his beloved grandchildren, William Robinson, III, Ellen Seymour, Joyce Moxley, Sherry Moody and Knolene Johnston; six dear great-grandchildren and his brother, Evans J. Robinson. William was born in Salem, New Jersey in 1911. He was a resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland for over 80 years. Early in his life, William was a member of the United States Coast Guard. He was a retired employed of BGE for whom he worked for 48 years. William was the former Secretary of the Glen Burnie Improvement Association. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including playing golf. He was an avid sports fan and greatly loved watching the Baltimore Orioles. William was a dear man who will be missed by many.
