William Ross

William "Billy" Russell Ross of Annapolis, formerly of Caroline County, passed away at the age of 24. Beloved son of Bryan F. Ross Sr. and his wife Deborah and Melinda J. Bischoff and her husband John; Loving brother of Bryan Jr. and Danielle C. Ross; Cherished grandson of Eleanor P. Wimbish and the late Russel Wimbish and Franklin and Violet Ross; Caring step-brother of John Jr., Robert, Melissa, Joseph and Adam Bischoff; Adored uncle of Arianno Ross-McLaughlin; loving godson of David Ross and Donna Trageser; Caring boyfriend of Cassie Ewald. He is also survived by many loving aunts and uncles. Billy attended North Caroline High School and graduated in 2001. He worked at BPI Mechanical as a plumber's apprentice. Billy was a member of the Performance Fishing Team, the Local Union #5 in Washington, D.C., and the Chesapeake Christian Fellowship Church in Davidsonville. Billy loved animals. He adored his dogs "Princess" and "Lizzie" and his cats "Lee" and "Rachel". He enjoyed fishing and playing soccer and especially spending time with his family.
