William Thomas, Sr

On June 21, 2008 William Howard Thomas, Sr. passed on. William was dearly loved by his late wife of 63 years, Jean B. Thomas; his beloved son, William H. Thomas, Jr.; one grandchild; his late brother, Clarence Thomas; and his late sister, Anna Clauss. William was born in Cambridge, Maryland in 1922. He was a member of the United States Navy during World War II as an E6 Petty Officer First Class. He was a member of the "Might Mine Dodgers" submarine class. He was an Engineer and during his career, he worked at BGE for 42 years. He enjoyed many hobbies in life, but he especially loved tinkering with electronics and sailing. William was a dear man who will be missed by many.
