William Santiago Torres, 88, of Baltimore passed away peacefully on December 30, 2018.
William was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on July 31, 2018. William was very hardworking. He was a professional Chef for many years in the Hotel industry. He was a New York Yankees fan and enjoyed cheering them on.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Yvonne Torres; and grandson, Anthony Hill.
He leaves to cherish precious memories his beloved wife, Maria Herrera Torres; loving children, Maria Amador (George), Lillian Hill (Derek), Aurelia Torres, William Torres, Raymond Torres (Dana), Shavon Torres and William Torres, III; a host of cherished grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; numerous caring in-laws other family members and friends.
The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Highway) Glen Burnie on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 10:30 AM, in the funeral home chapel
