Wilmer Knight Sr

On June 9, 2006, Wilmer Lee Knight Sr. of Severn passed away. Devoted husband for 52 1/2 years to Emma May Knight (nee Keefer); Beloved father of Wilmer Lee Knight Jr. and Karen A. Friend; Cherished grandfather of Stacy, Stephanie, Melanie and Tiffany and great-grandfather of Brandon, Andrew, Chelsea, Cory, Alexis and Cody. He is predeceased by 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Lee was a truck driver for 45 years. He drove for Fleet Transfer, Kane Transfer and later worked part-time for J.B.A. He was a member and caretaker of Severn United Pentacostal Church for 22 years. He was also a member of the North American Rifle Club. Lee enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and camping. He especially loved to spend time with his family and friends.
