Ann Collins

Ann B. Collins, 86, a resident of Severn for 40 years, passed away on July 29, 2015 at Mandrin Inpatient Care Center. She was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on April 16, 1929 to the late Melvin and Nora Byrd. She was a dedicated animal lover and was an officer with the Washington Humane Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Oscar and two sisters, Helen Coleman and Elizabeth Davis.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Janet Honeycutt; three grandchildren, Kim Harding and husband Howard, Rick Vaughn and wife Kirsten, Tony Vaughn and wife Shannon; seven grandchildren, Janetta Harding, Shaylyce Bell, Jullian, Michael, Joshua, Haley and Malana Vaughn; and three great-grandchildren, Jaylah "Stuff", Jaliyah "Kitten" and Brandon Marcellus.
