ANNA K. STINEFELT, 74 of Curtis Bay, passed away on November 30, 2013. Anna was born on August 6, 1939 in Harrisburg, PA. She worked as a bar maid and cook and also worked for a doctor at one time delivering babies. Anna was a very active member of her church, St. Paul Lutheran Church in Curtis Bay. She volunteered at church to help set up the refreshments and could be often heard saying, "Last call for coffee." She was active in the PTA, was a Den Mother and Scout Leader for both the Boy and Girl Scouts of America. Anna loved to travel and took many cruises in her life. She had a great sense of humor and a love for cooking. One of her favorite sayings when someone would ask how she was feeling today, she would replay, "with my hands." Anna was also affectionately known as the "Fudge Lady". She will be truly missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. "Chief" Stinefelt, Sr. and her brother, William B. Clemm. Anna is survived by her children, Tammy M. Link and her husband, Chuck of Glen Burnie, Charles H. Stinefelt, Jr. and his wife, Robin of Curtis Bay, Harry W. Stinefelt of Maryland and Roy A. Stinefelt of Curtis Bay; her siblings, Ethel Taylor and Harry B. Clemm, Jr.; and her best friend and travel companion, Maxine Morris. Also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
