Anne Gary

November 27, 1917 — December 2, 2016

Anne Leonora Gary (nee Pumphrey), 99, of Glen Burnie, passed away at her home on December 2, 2016. She was born in Glen Burnie to the late Anne M. and Louis E. Pumphrey. In her earlier years, Anne had a love for teaching, volunteering and helping out at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling, family gatherings, and spending time with her friends. In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Corbin "Pat" Gary; son, James Patrick Gary; granddaughter, Laura Lee Grimes McKelvey; two sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia A. Gary; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
